Color Me Happy is a hair salon specializing in vibrant hair colors. So, as I was thinking about the design for this logo, I let the vibrant colors inspire me. In addition to the vibrant colors, I wanted to add a personal touch for the owner, so I asked her to take a profile photo of her oldest daughter and used that to design the silhouette.

          I chose the type face Boucherie Sans for the name of her salon because it is clear, concise and it can hold a nice vibrant color, but it is also fun, without being out of control.
